Real Estate has long run in Elaine’s blood. From an early age she watched her grandfather, who developed real estate in Northern Virginia, and knew it was her passion when she fell in love with the historic home she grew up in. As one of the youngest real estate agents in the state of Maryland, Elaine started her real estate career at the age of 18 working for a new home builder. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Maryland.

As Operations Manager, Dianne coordinates and oversees the daily operations of the company from coordinating and facilitating the listing process of homes to the smooth and timely closing of home sales. The listing process includes preparation and listing planning for the market, tracking and coordinating deadlines, performing data research and data entry, preparing and auditing listing contracts and disclosure packages for completion, production of all marketing materials interacting with stager consultants and photographers, and overseeing social media. The sales process includes overseeing contingency periods, interacting with other parties (such as cooperating agents, buyer brokers, appraisers, loan officers, mortgage processors, inspectors, settlement companies, and settlement attorneys), and ensuring every detail is taken care of to ensure a smooth and timely closing. Dianne works closely with Elaine and her clients to ensure complete accuracy and satisfaction of their listings and/or sales transaction. As always, Dianne’s number one goal is to provide you with efficient and courteous service throughout the process.
With more than 13 years as a licensed Realtor, Dianne offers an outstanding level of ethical and professional service. Her formal education and training in the United States and Canada real estate markets have provided her with extensive hands-on experience and insights with clients buying and selling residential properties. Jennifer is an accomplished Real Estate professional that brings an attentive yet personal approach to the home buying or selling process. A native of Montgomery County, she brings expert advise and extensive knowledge of the market place to The Elaine Koch Group.
Jennifer began working in real estate early on during Summer breaks, until beginning her full time real estate career right out of college. She joined a national new home builder as a Sales & Marketing representative, managing communities throughout Montgomery county including Lakelands, Milestone, Fountain Hills, Hidden Creek and The Vista’s at Woodcliffe Park. A 5-star when it comes to customer service, Jennifer has been named Sales Representative of the Year numerous times showing her dedication to ensure each and every transaction is a successful one.
Meeting new people and helping those that she already knows find the perfect house to call home is Jennifer’s passion; Helping others is what motivates her most.

Galya recognizes the diverse needs of people in the community through her personal relocation experiences. She was raised in The Netherlands and lived in Israel, therefore Galya is also fluent in both Dutch and Hebrew. Since 2001, Galya and her family are Montgomery County residents. She enjoys guiding local and international clients through the world of Real Estate.
Galya has a background in professional photography and is passionate about interior design, art, and architecture. In her free time, you can often find Galya walking her dog around the Kentlands community where she lives, or on one of many Montgomery County trails. She and her family are outdoor fanatics who enjoy skiing in the winter and exploring National Parks with an RV during the summer.
He is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He has been active with the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association as Chairman of the Real Estate Finance Committee, Maryland Building Industry Association on the Real Estate Finance Committee, and the DC Real Estate Lenders Association on the Executive Committee and Membership Committee.

Van has lived in the Kentlands for over 25 years with his loving wife Meg and two beautiful daughters, Kristina and Madeline.

Her background includes Real Estate, Customer Service, Finance and Banking experience. All which helped her earn invaluable experience. Ronni has a strong sales background in hotel management. She has achieved gold status in the Golden Circle Awards in her sales career. With her great negotiation skills, Ronni’s main focus is putting our clients first. She provides excellent customer service while connecting with our clients to build a long term relationship. You can expect to have your needs understood when you sit down and talk with Ronni about the importance of selling or buying your home. As Marketing Coordinator, Jake is responsible for marketing all our clients’ listings. Focusing on social media, flyers and brochures, Listing to Leads, MRIS, and other syndicated websites to ensure the utmost exposure of your properties. He ensures all marketing materials are available at all times.
As an integral part of the Team, Jake supports the smooth operation from listing to closing to ensure our clients have a unique and impeccable selling or buying experience.
When not in the office, Jake is pursuing a career in Finance at the University of Maryland.
Service comes naturally to Tim. He began his Real Estate career in 2001 after many years of working in the public sector. Tim quickly affiliated with a top producing team, where he developed his skills in the evaluation and acquisition of property and honed his contract negotiation techniques.
Tim is committed to ensuring that every client understands the buying and selling processand is completely informed as to the terms and conditions of the Contract. He is willing to do what it takes to ensure that his clients receive the personal care and attention that they deserve.
In his free time, Tim enjoys being outdoors, hiking, camping and spending time with his wife, three kids and Wheaton Terrier Finley.
