As a Listing Coordinator and Office Manager Valerie coordinates and facilitates the listing process of homes in addition to handling the social media, marketing, research and administrative support. The first point of contact for all client-related questions, Valerie is responsible for operations and the overall presentation of the office. She assists with preparing presentations, market analysis research for prospective listings, marketing campaigns, social events and clients outreach. Valerie has an essential role in preparation and listing planning for the market, tracking and coordinating deadlines, performing data research and data entry, preparing and auditing listing contracts and disclosure packages for completion, production of all marketing materials, interacting with stager consultants and photographers. Valerie works closely with Elaine and her clients to ensure complete accuracy and satisfaction of their listings. Valerie has worked in real estate for the past 3 years. Prior to joining Elaine Koch Group, she worked as a transaction coordinator, assistant and office manager, research, database management and high volume of Broker’s Price Opinion reports. Her background includes a BA in Business Administration and a MA in Hospitality and Tourism Management from South Ural State University in Russia. Valerie is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and Virginia.
